CORPORATE VALUES SYSTEMS OF PUBLIC COMPANIES IN POLAND

Abstract
Corporate values play an important role in managing a modern company. They are useful in creating strong corporate identity, image and reputation. The purpose of the research presented in this article was to observe corporate value systems in companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Research was based on company documents analysis. The main results show that the company's size was the most important factor differentiating corporate value systems.
