Artificial intelligence as a challenge for human resources management
Main Article Content
Abstract
Artificial intelligence is increasingly used in various areas of organizational management. This also applies to human resources management. Its use has not only positive effects but also causes many problems. The article discusses the basic challenges emerging at the intersection of artificial intelligence and human resources management, namely: opacity of algorithms, datafication, conscious management of behavior, complexity of the effects of human resources management, a small amount of data, responsibility for compliance with ethical and legal standards, and the reaction of employees to the use of algorithms.
