Polityka wydawnicza czasopisma naukowego
- The journal recognizes the author of an article as the person who created the article, contributed to its creation, analyzed or interpreted the data, and made an intellectual contribution to the creation of the article.
- If it is revealed that the author of the publication has engaged in unethical behavior, the editorial office asks him for an explanation and then takes appropriate steps. If such irregularities are identified at a later stage of the procedure, the text is rejected; the editorial office reserves the right to notify the authorities of the author's scientific unit of the irregularities identified, as well as to refuse to publish any texts authored by this person in the journal.
- In the process of submitting an article, the Author is obliged to certify that there is no case of violation of publishing ethics through ghostwriting (ghost authors) and guest authorship (so-called guest authorship).- Any person who has contributed significantly to the creation of a publication should be listed as its author. No person who has not contributed to writing the publication should be listed as an Author.
- "Ghostwriting" occurs when someone makes a significant contribution to the creation of a publication, but their contribution is not disclosed. "Guest authorship" (or "honorary authorship") occurs when the contribution of a person listed in a publication as the sole author of the publication or one of its authors is in fact negligible or non-existent.
- The editors declare that they consider ghostwriting and guest authorship to be scientific dishonesty. Any cases of such dishonesty in texts submitted for publication will be exposed together with the possibility of notifying the appropriate entities (such as institutions in which the authors are affiliated).
- The author submitting the article is responsible for providing the data of co-authors. Information about external sources of financing (if any) should also be provided- The Editors refuse to accept texts created dishonestly or using artificial intelligence. The Editors use available programs to assess submitted articles for dishonesty. - The author submitting an article for publication is required to confirm compliance with the principles of ghostwriting and guest authorship and sign a copyright transfer agreement. - The publication agreement comes into effect upon approval of the text for editing (i.e. after obtaining two positive reviews). The copyright transfer agreement is the legal basis enabling publication.
