No. 2 (2024)Dear Readers!
We are presenting to you the first issue in 2024 of a magazine devoted to management, administrative and legal problems of the development of the broadly understood tourism sector. Pursuant to Order No. 38 of the Minister of Sport and Tourism of December 2, 2022 regarding the scientific journal "Tourism - management, administration, law" . The journal is published two times per year in an electronic version. The issues of the issue focus on the legal, organizational and administrative aspects of managing sustainable development in tourism. It is worth adding that the sustainable development of tourism is important not only from the point of view of regional and national directions of tourism development, but also within the scope of the EU Agenda for Tourism, which sets five priorities for the development of tourism in EU countries. One of these priorities is the ecological transformation.
