Abstract

In April the industrial confidence indicator (ICI) declined for the first time in the year. And once again in May. However, as compared to the February figure, it increased by 2 pts to -0.6 pt, 1.8 pt down from the May 2014 figure. Similar changes of ICI were recorded for private firms. The indicator calculated for them quarterly grew by 1.5 pt to -0.9 pt, the level by 2.1 pts lower than a year earlier. The confidence indicator calculated for public enterprises quarterly rose by 6.9 pts, and was 0.6 pt up from the respective last year figure. (fragment of text)
