Abstract
In the 3rd quarter of 2016 sentiments of Polish households have deteriorated for the second time in a row. The IRG SGH consumer confidence indicator (IRGKGD) decreased by 2 pts (the same number like one quarter earlier). Consumers' fears of getting unemployed made the largest contribution to the reduction of IRGKGD. Also, their expectations of deterioration of overall economic situation in the country and of households' financial situation in the next 12 months contributed negatively. (original abstract)
