Badanie kluczowych czynników sukcesu kobiet w biznesie: firmy mikroprzedsiębiorczyń z województwa mazowieckiego

Abstrakt

Omawiane w artykule badanie jest odpowiedzią na rekomendacje wielu badaczy wskazujące na konieczność prowadzenia empirycznych badań naukowych nad przedsiębiorczością kobiet w krajach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej [Ramadani et al. 2015; Leszczyński 2013b]. Wypełnia ono lukę badawczą dotyczącą analizy różnorodnych czynników, które pozytywnie wpływają na osiągnięcie sukcesu w biznesie przez przedsiębiorcze kobiety w warunkach polskich [Leszczyński 2016a; 2016b]. Wyniki badania poszerzają dotychczas zgromadzoną wiedzę naukową na temat polskich kobiet prowadzących własną działalność gospodarczą o teoretyczny model badawczy opisujący tę działalność. Model ten został poddany empirycznej weryfikacji na populacji kobiet mikroprzedsiębiorczyń działających na terenie woj. mazowieckiego. Celem opracowania jest wskazanie, jakie są kluczowe czynniki pozytywnie wpływające na osiągnięcie sukcesu w biznesie przez polskie kobiety mikroprzedsiębiorczynie z województwa mazowieckiego.
