Abstract

In the fourth quarter of 2019, the general indicator of the economic situation in construction is negative and equal to -11.3, so it takes a value lower by more than 9 points than in the fourth quarter of last year. Larger declines compared to the same quarter last year were recorded only in 2012, i.e. in the year of the debt crisis in the euro area (decrease by 16 points) and in 2009, during the crisisrelated to sub-prime loans (decrease by 36 points) .(fragment of text)
