Abstract
In June 2015 the industrial confidence indicator (ICI) monthly increased by 0.2 point. It amounted to -0.4 pt, and was 1.8 pt down from the June 2014 figure. The indicator calculated for private firms grew by 0.4 pt to -0.5 pt, and was lower than a year earlier by 1.7 pt. The indicator for public firms rose in comparison with the May figure by 0.5 pt to 1.1 pt. It was also higher than one year earlier by 1.9 pt. The industrial confidence indicator increased the highest for manufacture of consumer durables, and deteriorated the most for manufacture of intermediate goods. With regard to the firm's size, the indicator grew for big firms, employing more than 500 persons. The highest increase of the indicator was recorded for the Opolskie Voivodeship. Business situation deteriorated the most, as measured by a fall of the indicator, in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. (fragment of text)
