HYBRID MODEL OF ENTREPRENEURIAL HABITS OF MANAGERS – SELF-ASSESSMENT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE OWNERS OF TECHNICAL MEANS OF AGRICULTURAL TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES
Main Article Content
Abstract
In order to fill the existing knowledge gap, a series of studies were carried out, the fundamental purpose of which is to assess the subconscious behavior, ways of thinking, decisions, attitudes and emotions (hybrid model of habits) represented by Polish entrepreneurs – owners of production companies operating in the sector of technical agricultural transport (production of agricultural machinery). The main focus of the research in the presented area was put on desk research analysis covering the available literature sources dealing with the subject of managerial entrepreneurship. In order to transfer the subject matter to the level of the agricultural machinery sector and to assess the discrepancy between the postulated level and the current state, the analysis also used the results of a study conducted among a deliberately selected group of enterprises, in which the respondents provided answers regarding the anticipated level of subconscious behavior, ways of thinking, decisions, enterprising attitudes and emotions of managers. This study was the starting point for the definition of the gaps in the assimilation (self-assessment) of the microfoundations articulated in the research model.
