Abstract
Od momentu wybuchu pandemii COVID-19 w obszarze przywództwa zaszło wiele zmian. Praca wykonywana zdalnie lub hybrydowo na dobre zastąpiła już tradycyjną pracę biurową, co w ogromnym stopniu zmieniło zachowania przywódcze. W artykule zaprezentowano wpływ skutków pandemii na przywództwo kobiet oraz zidentyfikowano kluczowe wyzwania. W tym celu przeprowadzono badanie ankietowe skupiające się na grupie menedżerek z firm branży FMCG. Zaprezentowane wnioski z badania stanowią swoisty punkt wyjścia do dalszych rozważań skupionych na przywództwie kobiet z branży FMCG oraz jego transformacji w czasach pandemicznych.
