Abstrakt

Artykuł omawia problem pomijania zróżnicowania potrzeb do partycypacji w podejmowaniu decyzji (PDM) wśród pracowników, szczególnie w kontekście decentralizacji struktur organizacyjnych i nowych modeli pracy. Dotychczasowe sposoby badania dopasowania w zakresie partycypacji utrudniają zrozumienie relacji między tym zjawiskiem a wynikami organizacji. Dlatego w artykule zaproponowano rozszerzony katalog interesów pracowniczych z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb w zakresie współdecydowania oraz precyzyjniejsze narzędzia pomiaru dopasowania. Artykuł przyczynia się do głębszego zrozumienia PDM, podkreślając wagę uwzględniania indywidualnych potrzeb w tym zakresie.
