Abstrakt

Przedsiębiorstwa coraz częściej postrzegają współpracę z podmiotami otoczenia jako istotny warunek rozwoju oraz źródło przewagi nad konkurentami. Uzyskanie korzyści ze współpracy w sieci polega na dążeniu do zapewnienia renty ekonomicznej, która przewyższy koszty wynikające z zaangażowania i utrzymywania relacji przez dane przedsiębiorstwo. Sieć biznesowa jest unikatową kombinacją interakcji składających się z aktorów, działań zachodzących między nimi oraz powiązań zasobowych. Jakie zatem determinanty odpowiadają za osiąganie efektywności przedsiębiorstwa w sieci? Czy istnieją odmienne sposoby realizacji tego celu w ramach poszczególnych nurtów rozwoju sieci wskazywanych w literaturze przedmiotu? Artykuł zawiera porównanie uwarunkowań budowania efektywności działalności przedsiębiorstwa w sieci biznesowej, na podstawie głównych nurtów badawczych przedstawianych w literaturze przedmiotu.
