Proaktywność firm w tworzeniu radykalnych innowacji

Abstrakt

Badania nad kreowaniem radykalnych innowacji wskazują, że w procesie ich powstawania potrzeby odbiorcy docelowego są przewidywane i spełniane, gdy dotyczą rynku krajowego. Na rynku międzynarodowym działania wymagają już zaawansowanej wiedzy, nakładów finansowych i istnienia specjalnych jednostek badawczych. W artykule zostały zdefiniowane i omówione charakterystyczne cechy radykalnych innowacji, oraz etapy ich powstawania – pomysł, rozwój projektu, wdrożenie. Przedstawione zostały również przejawy proaktywnego zachowania firm wobec potencjalnych klientów.
