Metoda zwinnego podejście w rozwijaniu projektu

Abstrakt

Artykuł jest próbą przeprowadzenia dyskusji naukowej na temat możliwości wykorzystania podejścia zwinnego w rozwoju systemu wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej. Podejście zwinne umożliwia lepsze zrozumienie dynamicznej natury twórczości organizacyjnej i jej komputerowego wspomagania. Na czym polega istota wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej oraz podejścia zwinnego? Jak je stosować w rozwoju wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej? Poszukiwanie odpowiedzi na powyższe pytania przeprowadzono w oparciu o rozważania teoretyczne, metodologiczne oraz zebrany materiał empiryczny. Autorzy przedstawili model wspomagania twórczości organizacyjnej oraz do-świadczenia z realizacji takiego systemu z wykorzystaniem podejścia zwinnego.
