Risk culture in the project – essence, conditions, impact

Abstract
Despite the exploration of the research thread on cultural aspects in the project, it is possible to notice the existence of an unfilled research and cognitive gap related to the risk culture in the project. The article was dedicated to presenting the phenomenon of risk culture in the project as a phenomenon present in every undertaking. First, the genesis of the concept is presented and then the author’s definition of risk culture in the project is proposed. The specificity of the impact and determinants of the risk culture in the project are described.
