Zrównoważone przedsiębiorstwo a kreowanie wartości dla akcjonariuszy

Abstract
Czy przedsiębiorstwa i akcjonariusze odnoszą wymierne korzyści z wdrożenia koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa? Badanie przeprowadzone przez autorów na wyselekcjonowanym zbiorze spółek wchodzących w skład indeksu S&P 500 w latach 2006-10 sugerują, że firmy i ich właściciele odnoszą korzyści z tytułu inwestycji w zrównoważony rozwój, poprzez wyższą wycenę firm na rynku kapitałowym oraz większą ich odpornością na kryzysy.
