Zielone budynki biurowe na rynku nieruchomości w Polsce

Abstract
Inwestycje biurowe są częścią budownictwa komercyjnego, jednego z najbardziej energochłonnych sektorów gospodarki. W ostatnich latach stosowanie wielokryterialnych systemów oceny i certyfikacji zielonych budynków biurowych stało się powszechną praktyką na wielu rynkach nieruchomości na świecie. Służą one potwierdzeniu, iż dana inwestycja może być uznana za ekologiczną. Celem artykułu było zaprezentowanie uwarunkowań i perspektyw rozwoju rynku zielonych biurowców w Polsce.
