Management of medicinal products - strategic analysis using the DrugMan model

Abstract
The rational management of medicines is improving the effectiveness of functioning of the healing institution as well as a safety and a quality is increasing patient cares. The article contains conducted strategic analysis in the German SKM consortium in Munich. The process of examining is based on the author’s DrugMan business model.
