Analiza fenomenologiczna przyszłego post humanizowanego miejsca pracy

Abstrakt

Organizacje stają się coraz bardziej „technologicznie posthumanizowane” na skutek wprowadzenia do miejsca pracy robotów społecznych, AI, rzeczywistości wirtualnej i rozpowszechnionego przetwarzania. W artykule zastosowano podejście fenomenologiczne, aby przewidzieć i przeanalizować architektoniczne przemiany miejsc pracy wynikające z wy-zwania, jakie posthumanizacja stawia wobec tradycyjnych antropocentrycznych paradygmatów miejsca pracy jako przestrzeni w „ludzkiej” skali z potrójną granicą, która jest czasoprzestrzennym filtrem.
