The use of coaching in the enterprise - opportunities and threats

Abstract
The aim of the article is analysis of coaching activities in organisation. Three types of such activities are distinguished: executive coaching, external coaching and coaching style of management. Specific aspects of each of these activities have been described together with the accompanying opportunities and threats. The author has discussed the conditions which should be met in order to effectively support professional development of employees.
