Czynniki umożliwiające rozwój sztucznej inteligencji a przyciąganie bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych: dowody ekonometryczne z estońskiego ekosystemu innowacji cyfrowych (2005–2024)
Abstrakt
Celem badania jest analiza roli czynników umożliwiających rozwój sztucznej inteligencji (AI) w zwiększaniu zdolności Estonii do przyciągania bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych (BIZ) w latach 2005–2024, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wskaźników gotowości cyfrowej i innowacji technologicznych. Ze względu na brak spójnych długoterminowych danych dotyczących bezpośredniego wdrażania sztucznej inteligencji, w badaniu zastosowano zmienne zastępcze obejmujące infrastrukturę cyfrową, wydatki na badania i rozwój (B+R) oraz aktywność patentową jako kluczowe elementy zdolności związanych z AI. Do analizy relacji krótko- i długookresowych między zmiennymi wykorzystano metodę ARDL. Wyniki wskazują, że rozwój ekosystemu cyfrowego i innowacyjnego istotnie przyczynia się do zwiększenia atrakcyjności Estonii dla inwestorów zagranicznych. Doświadczenia Estonii pokazują, że inwestycje w infrastrukturę cyfrową, kapitał ludzki oraz zdolności innowacyjne stanowią strategiczne podstawy integracji z globalną gospodarką cyfrową i wzmacniania konkurencyjności inwestycyjnej.
