Article metadata is published under a CC0 Public Domain dedication.

The quarterly encourages authors to post items submitted to the journal on personal websites or institutional repositories both prior to and after publication. In the case of sharing articles in versions before publication, it should be clearly indicated in the content of the shared article that this is a version before publication. While sharing their articles, authors are required to provide detailed bibliographic information.

We advise using any of the following: ResearchGateAcademia.edu, and SSRN. We also advise using the institutional repositories such as Cyber Open Repository of the Warsaw School of Economics, Repository of Centre for Open ScienceSocial Science Open Access Repository

Manuscript authors are required to provide Research Data Availability Statements as long as the articles are based on studies involving datasets. We require authors to provide information about readers’ access to the research data used.

The quarterly recommends authors to self-share research data related to articles published in the journal with taking into account the requirements of other entities, including scientific publishers, grant agreements, employers, and codes of ethics related to scientific activity.

If needed, Supplementary Material should be uploaded online separately before the submission of the article manuscript to the journal. Authors can also deposit any additional data and/or graphic representations (e.g., figures and/or tables) as additional files in open repositories, such as ZenodoFigShareRepOD, or Polish Social Data Archive.

A list of data repositories is available in the Open Access Directory.

Please include adequate information about the stored Supplementary Material in the manuscript. For example:

“The supplementary data [generated/analyzed] for this [article/paper/study] can be found in the [name of repository]: [link]. [DOI or another identifier].”

This  quarterly is collecting your ORCID ID.  ORCID is an independent non-profit organization that provides a persistent identifier – an ORCID ID – that distinguishes you from other researchers and a mechanism for linking your research outputs and activities to your ID. Learn more at orcid.org. We can identify your publications in this journal and add them to your publications listed in the ORCID ID by Member API and Public API. When you click the “Authorize” button in the ORCID pop-up window, we will ask you to share your ID using an authenticated process: either by registering for an ORCID ID or, if you already have one, to sign into your ORCID account, then granting us permission to get your ORCID ID. We do this to ensure that you are correctly identified and securely connecting your ORCID ID.
Learn more in What’s so special about signing in.

To acknowledge that you have used your ID and that it has been authenticated, we display the ORCID ID icon alongside your name on the article page of your submission and on your public user profile.
