Uwarunkowania społeczne i ich wpływ na przedsiębiorczość w świetle doświadczeń Stanów Zjednoczonych

Abstrakt
Celem artykułu jest zbadanie roli i wpływu uwarunkowań społecznych na rozwój przedsiębiorczości w świetle doświadczeń USA. Zarówno socjologia jak i kultura odgrywają ważną rolę i wywierają znaczący wpływ na stymulację rozwoju przedsiębiorczości w USA. W publikacji położono szczególny nacisk na kluczowe zmienne wykorzystywane w badaniach dotyczących przedsiębiorczości, takie jak: płeć, rasa, wiek i wykształcenie (czynniki społeczne), ich wpływ na przedsiębiorczość oraz rolę w rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa. Uwagę poświęcono również wpływowi czynników kulturowych na krajobraz przedsiębiorczości.

Autor (Autorzy) artykułu oświadcza, że przesłane opracowanie nie narusza praw autorskich osób trzecich. Wyraża zgodę na poddanie artykułu procedurze recenzji oraz dokonanie zmian redakcyjnych. Przenosi nieodpłatnie na Oficynę Wydawniczą SGH autorskie prawa majątkowe do utworu na polach eksploatacji wymienionych w art. 50 Ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych – pod warunkiem, że praca została zaakceptowana do publikacji i opublikowana.
Oficyna Wydawnicza SGH posiada autorskie prawa majątkowe do wszystkich treści czasopisma.
