Kobiety na stanowiskach menedżerskich a konkurencyjność firm

Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie najnowszych danych liczbowych, ilustrujących udział kobiet na stanowiskach menedżerskich w Polsce na tle krajów europejskich oraz wskazanie, że zróżnicowane pod względem płci zarządy mają wpływ na konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa. W analizie będą wykorzystane dane wtórne, czyli opublikowane wyniki dotychczasowych badań nad tym stosunkowo nowym zagadnieniem, jakim są korzyści płynące z różnorodności ze względu na płeć na najwyższych szczeblach zarządzania.(fragment tekstu)
