About the Journal

Studies and Works of the Collegium of Management and Finance (SiP KZiF) are peer-reviewed academic journals published continuously since 1993 by the Collegium of Management and Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics. The journal provides a platform for presenting the results of research conducted at SGH and in Polish and international academic centers.

The journals are interdisciplinary in nature and cover topics in management, finance, economics, accounting, and related disciplines. The published articles reflect current research directions at SGH, including those funded by research subsidies, grant projects, and theses for doctoral and postdoctoral degrees. A special place is given to studies addressing contemporary economic, regulatory, and technological challenges relevant to the functioning of organizations and financial systems.

The journal publishes both theoretical articles and empirical research findings, utilizing modern research methods and providing current data from the social sciences. The journals combine an academic approach with reflection on economic practice, presenting analyses relevant to policymakers, managers, and financial market experts.
All submitted articles undergo double-blind peer review and are assessed for scientific quality, originality, and significance for the development of research in their field. The journal adheres to the principles of publishing ethics and scientific integrity consistent with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Studies and Papers of the College of Management and Finance are published using the Diamond Open Access model:
- all articles are made available openly upon publication,
- the journal does not charge an Article Publication Charge (APC),
- access to the content is free to readers.
Authors retain copyright to their publications. Articles are made available under an open license indicated on the journal's website, in accordance with open access principles.
