Przywództwo w kryzysie – perspektywa pandemii COVID-19

Artykuł analizuje przywództwo w kryzysie na przykładzie pandemii COVID-19. Autor opierając się na literaturze i badaniach SGH wykorzystujących grupę delficką wskazuje, że kryzys podkreślił odpowiedzialność liderów wobec wielu interesariuszy. Skuteczne okazały się koncepcje RLP + RLR, oparte na zaufaniu, komunikacji i empatii, oraz przywództwo adaptacyjne łączące elementy stylów: transformacyjnego, transakcyjnego, autokratycznego i służebnego. Kluczowe są: „wejście na balkon”, regulowanie niepokoju, przekazywanie odpowiedzialności zespołom i ochrona różnorodnych głosów. Rozwinięto ideę przywództwa odpornego, łączącego działanie z refleksją. Wnioski z paneli eksperckich akcentują elastyczne eksperymenty, kaskadowanie przywództwa, kulturę tolerującą błędy, troskę o dobrostan psychiczny oraz wykorzystanie kryzysu jako katalizatora transformacji cyfrowej. Pandemia jest testem kompetencji liderów, impulsem do trwałej zmiany i dowodzi potrzeby stałego kształcenia przywódców.
