Stan badań nad metodami naukowymi w systemach zarządzania jakością w sektorze usług: systematyczny przegląd literatury

Celem artykułu jest systematyczny przegląd literatury dotyczący koncepcji systemów zarządzania jakością w sektorze usług w zakresie stosowanych metod badawczych oraz wniosków wynikających z tych badań. W przeglądzie dokonano klasyfikacji 50 artykułów wybranych do szczegółowej analizy według przyjętej metody badawczej i najczęściej stosowanych narzędzi gromadzenia oraz analizy danych. W wyniku przeprowadzonego przeglądu zaobserwowano przewagę wykorzystywania badań ilościowych w przedmiotowych publikacjach. W artykule zapewniono wgląd w stosowane metody badawcze, zaś odbiorcom składającym się z badaczy oraz praktyków zainteresowanych prowadzeniem badań w obszarze systemów zarządzania jakością w sektorze usług – przewodnik oraz argumentację w celu wyboru odpowiedniej metody badawczej, biorąc pod uwagę zalety oraz wady każdej z nich.
