Abstrakt
Artykuł podejmuje tematykę procesu przejścia z edukacji wyższej do pracy oraz zatrudnialności. Na podstawie fińskich rozwiązań instytucjonalnych obecnych na poziomie polityki państwa oraz na poziomie uczelni wyższych, podjęta zostaje próba wyciągnięcia z nich wniosków dla polskiej polityki szkolnictwa wyższego. Zdaniem autora, fiński przykład pozwala zakwestionować dominujące podejście, w którym absolwenci występują tylko jako podaż odpowiadająca na popyt rynku pracy, a zatrudnialność jest tylko cechą indywidualną.
