Abstrakt

Choć interwencje nudge zyskały dużą popularność w polityce publicznej dzięki swojej skuteczności, niskim kosztom wdrożenia i wizerunkowi „miękkiego” oddziaływania, coraz więcej badań ujawnia ich mniej oczywiste i często pomijane koszty. Artykuł ma charakter przeglądowo-koncepcyjny i stanowi próbę zwrócenia uwagi projektantów polityk publicznych na fakt, że skuteczność nie zawsze oznacza poprawę dobrostanu. Autorzy  przedstawiają empirycznie osadzony katalog kosztów interwencji behawioralnych. Te zostały uporządkowane w cztery obszary oddziaływania: 1) emocjonalne i poznawcze, 2) behawioralne, 3) społeczne i relacyjne oraz 4) wtórne. Proponowana typologia może stanowić punkt wyjścia do lepszego rozpoznawania potencjalnych kosztów i projektowania bardziej świadomych działań w polityce publicznej.
