Zarządzanie ryzykiem i niepewnością w międzynarodowych projektach akademickich

Artykuł podejmuje analizę wpływu ryzyka i niepewności na realizację międzynarodowych projektów akademickich, koncentrując się na doświadczeniach Politechniki Wrocławskiej. Badania ankietowe oraz wywiady jakościowe przeprowadzone wśród pracowników naukowych i administracyjnych ujawniły złożoność tego typu przedsięwzięć, wynikającą z różnic kulturowych, barier językowych, odmiennych systemów zarządzania oraz zmiennych wymagań partnerów i instytucji finansujących. Wskazano ograniczoną gotowość organizacyjną na sytuacje kryzysowe, niewystarczające planowanie ryzyka oraz niskie zaufanie do skuteczności istniejących narzędzi zarządzania. Szczególną rolę w efektywności projektów odgrywają kompetencje interpersonalne, nieformalne relacje i kapitał społeczny. Autorzy rekomendują wzmocnienie planowania strategicznego, zarządzania dynamiką kulturową, pracy w warunkach niepewności oraz wdrożenie dedykowanych rozwiązań dla uczelni.
