Abstract
This article attempts to identify the factors of Malaysia success in projects of public-private partnerships, and confronts Malaysian experience with the Polish in the implementation of PPP projects, and demonstrates their impact on the stable economic development. According to the author, improving relations between the state and private sector influences the private sector bigger financial involvement in the public-private partnerships projects.
