Abstrakt

W artykule dokonano analizy zastosowania sztucznej inteligencji (SI) w zarządzaniu projektami w branży e-commerce. W obliczu dynamicznego rozwoju rynku e-commerce oraz rosnącej konkurencji SI staje się kluczowym narzędziem wspierającym efektywność operacyjną i jakość realizowanych projektów w tym obszarze. W badaniu zastosowano metodę ankietową, obejmującą pytania otwarte, co umożliwiło zebranie opinii i doświadczeń 100 respondentów pracujących w polskich firmach z sektora e-commerce. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników badania, w którym dokonano oceny stopnia świadomości oraz zakresu wdrożeń rozwiązań sztucznej inteligencji w zarządzaniu projektami w branży e-commerce. Wykonane analizy potwierdzają potencjał SI w usprawnianiu projektów, ale podkreślają konieczność dalszych badań nad etyką jej stosowania, ochroną danych i eliminowaniem uprzedzeń algorytmicznych. Autorzy wskazują także na potrzebę edukacji oraz wsparcia regulacyjnego dla pełnego wykorzystania SI w zarządzaniu projektami.
