Relationships with Suppliers in RESPECT Index Companies

The paper is aimed at figuring out how aspects of supplier relationships are positioned within the CSR concept and identifying the dimensions of supplier relationships that co-create corporate social re- sponsibility of companies listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange with RESPECT Index (12th edition). We examined the content of reports from companies included in the study. Conducted analyses have led us to discover: 1) principles of cooperation with suppliers followed by investigated companies, 2) ways of formalising supplier relationships in investigated companies, 3) how suppliers are positioned amongst stakeholders of investigated companies, 4) forms of communication used in supplier relationships in companies covered by the study.
