The Concept of Empowerment in Management of Organisations

The article presents the concepts of empowerment and possibilities of its use in management of organisations. It formulates the idea of empowerment in the developed phase and identifies the conditions of operation of an organization related to the implementation of this concept in management practice. It proposes the identification of the level of empowerment in the organization, which constitutes the basis for the activities aimed at the use of empowerment in management of organisations.
