Individual Differences in a Creative Team as a Source of Personal Risk

The article, which is based on the study of interdisciplinary literature, is aimed at the identification of individual differences, derived from the theory of creation, which may affect the appearance and level of various kinds of personal risk. As a result of the analysis the matrix was worked out to evaluate personal risk related to the operation of a creative team.
