Abstract

The main idea of the article is to present the issue of change management in the conditions of variability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA) of the organizational environment. Starting from the presentation of the main research trends considering change management, the authors assess the usefulness of selected change management concepts in the VUCA world. The analyzed models were grouped and then assessed on a four-point scale. The summary of the article indicates the factors determining the efficiency of change management in conditions of high dynamics and complexity of the environment.
