Abstract

The growing significance of projects in the activities of an organisation is a source of phenomenon referred to in the literature as projectfication. It may have consequences for organisations, but also for individuals and the whole economy. It requires a change in the approach to organisation management as well as planning and development of individual careers. Thus, it seems well-founded to conduct research whose aim would be to survey the scale of projectification in Poland.
